“The Nun” – premiera la Happy Cinema Buzau – recenzie. În filmul de groază The Nun, Vaticanul intervine într-un incident ocult, petrecut la o mănăstire izolată din România. Când tragedia unei tinere călugărițe care și-a pus capăt zilelor la mănăstirea Cârța începe să se manifeste sub forma unei năluci malefice, prelații catolici sunt chemați să constate că un demon a pătruns în lumea celor vii.
Părintele Burke (Demián Bichir) și măicuța Irene (Taissa Farmiga) sunt trimiși să investigheze fenomenul și să alunge spiritul diavolesc din spațiul sacru al mănăstirii. Cei doi descoperă că în spatele apariției misterioase a călugăriței demonice se ascunde o taină blestemată a mănăstirii, pe care trebuie să o deslușească și să-și salveze sufletele.
Curând, confruntarea cu forțele Iadului se trasnformă într-o bătălie feroce, care le pune credința la încercare și viața în pericol.
